Project Overview

In traditional blast furnace operations, the water cooling system plays an important role in cooling the equipment and preventing damage to the furnace body due to overheating. Once there is a fault such as abnormal water flow or high water temperature, it will not only cause production stagnation, but may also bring safety hazards. In order to solve the above problems, Longgeng Technology launched the antimony smelter blast furnace water-cooled alarm system project.

Construction Content

In January 2024, our company signed a contract with this project to provide Longgeng Technology with an ultrasonic flowmeter with high-precision flow monitoring function, which can achieve non-contact real-time and accurate measurement of water flow in the water cooling system without damaging the pipeline structure by installing it on the outer wall of the pipeline, ensuring the safety and continuity of the smelting process.
