In order to strengthen environmental protection, promote the construction of ecological civilization, build beautiful villages, and effectively improve the urban and rural living environment, the People's Government of Dapu County adopts the PPP model to implement the town-level sewage treatment plant and supporting pipe network project of Dapu County, which includes the construction, operation and maintenance of 13 town-level (including 19 villages) sewage treatment plants, 30 village-level sewage treatment plants, 3 existing sewage treatment plants and supporting pipe networks, with a length of 83km. The sewage treatment of the township sewage treatment plant of this project eventually flows into the Han River, which plays a very important role in protecting the water quality and ecological balance of the local basin.

The project purchased Probest's self-produced online monitoring equipment in 2021,It is used for the inlet and outlet of various town-level sewage plants. The monitoring parameters include ammonia nitrogen, CODcr, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, PH, etc., and the online monitoring equipment includes Probest PCM300-NH3N ammonia nitrogen online automatic monitor, PCM300-CODcr chemical oxygen demand (COD) online automatic monitor, PCM300-TP total phosphorus online automatic monitor, PCM300-TN total nitrogen online automatic monitor, PPH-500 PH online analyzer.
