Measurement Principle

PBA-800A blue-green algae sensor uses the characteristics of blue-green algae in the spectrum to have absorption peaks and emission peaks, emitting a specific wavelength of monochromatic light to irradiate the water, and the blue-green algae in the water absorb the energy of the monochromatic light and release another wavelength of monochromatic light, and the light intensity emitted by the blue-green algae is directly proportional to the content of blue-green algae in the water.
