The ion selection electrode method was used to measure the ammonia nitrogen concentration. The ammonia nitrogen ion selection electrode directly detected the ammonium root ions in the water environment to determine the concentration of ammonia nitrogen. The pH electrode was used as the reference electrode to obtain better stability. Because the measurement results of the sensor are easily interfered with by potassium ions, potassium ion compensation is required when the concentration of potassium ions in the water is high.
