After the water sample is digested, the divalent manganese ions in the water sample are oxidized by dissolved oxygen to tetravalent manganese ions and the color developer under alkaline conditions to form a reddish-brown complex, and the color change is directly proportional to the manganese content in the sample solution. Its absorbance is measured at a specific wavelength, and the concentration of manganese in the water sample is calculated.

The ten-way valve with sapphire valve core has high wear resistance coefficient, strong acid and alkali resistance, organic solvent resistance, strong service life and high stability;
The special design of the reference method does not affect the measured value of the light displacement of the digestion tank and the light pollution of the digestion cell;
It has the function of separating waste liquid, which realizes the separate discharge of high-concentration reaction waste liquid and low-concentration cleaning waste liquid;

It has a dynamic dilution function, which can automatically adjust the dilution factor according to the range set on site;
It has built-in quality control functions such as spike recovery, blank test, standard sample verification, zero point verification, span verification and parallel sample testing, and can realize automatic, manual, remote and other ways to start quality control functions;
It has the functions of automatic fault diagnosis and abnormal information upload and recording, such as component failure, over-range alarm, over-standard alarm, reagent deficiency alarm and other information;

With overheating protection: if the heating temperature is too high, the heater will automatically power off;
After abnormal reset and power failure, the instrument automatically discharges the residual reactants in the instrument and automatically returns to the initial working state. With power-on alarm function, the instrument will generate alarm information when the power is re-powered after power off;
It has the functions of analytical instrument process log, measurement data recording and alarm information storage, and can be stored for more than 5 years by recording data calculation every hour, and can quickly export data from a USB flash drive;

It has three levels of administrative permissions.
